Barneys Japan Teams Up With Agyness Deyn
AGYNESS IN ASIA: Barneys Japan has teamed up with British model Agyness Deyn to produce a special collection of 11 items including dresses, knits, scarves, t-shirts and leggings, which retail from 18,900 yen, or about $212, to 27,300 yen, or $307. The initiative is part of Barneys’ environmental campaign Go Green Go and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the planting of trees in inner Mongolia. Deyn’s line will make its retail debut at the opening of Barneys’ new store in Kobe on Friday. It will be sold at Barneys’ Shinjuku location in Tokyo beginning March 13.
