This is kind of working out to be the "alexander Wang show" today. What can I say, he's one of the "reigning kings" of design. His pebbled grain leather, "Darcy" bag is a fetching beauty in saddle tan; I always find pebble grain to be appealing as it gives off a sort of "aged" appearance. Certainly not to be outdone, "Candace" is making quite a showing.....a luxurious carry-all perfect with many looks. I could see the two of us getting on quite famously! No slouch by any means, is Chloe's "Heloise." The braid detail, front snap pocket and textured leather make for one lush piece of work; the color is such that it would make a great year round bag. Another standout is Versace's "Medusa." Another textured leather stunner that begs to be worn. While Versace has always been known for their impeccable accessories, it seems that the brand is kicking thing up a notch, which is evident, not only with their bags, but their latest shoe offerings. Marc Jacobs' "Q 49 Hillier," is classically sleek and just the right color, to transcend all seasons. Last and certainly not least is the Nancy Gonzalez croc tote. That's what I call a "serious" bag. You know, the bag that you carry if you need something lovely, yet a bit conservative, for say, an interview at a law firm or bank. Oh sure, it's versatile enough to work with jeans and a tank, to kind of "pump up the volume while remaining sleek and classic. Let it be known that I love all of the bags featured, but as always, I have my favorites among the favorites.
