A Dose of Gothic

Here are some elaborate outfits that capture that “deathly mood” by Ann Demeulemeester, Comme des Garçons, Givenchy and Jean Paul Gaultier. Jeremy Scott’s dress with a bone printed on it is as provocative as one of the Addams’ family’s quips.

If it’s seductive you want, there’s the dress by House of Dagmar in a double layer of tulle or the tight bustier dress by Lipsy London. Amen’s long t-shirt in cotton and tulle is quite strategic while Haute’s leather shorts with crocodile print have a dark feel.

Accessories that would go well with this trend include Pasquale Bruni’s black cross in gold and diamonds and Alexander McQueen’s minaudiére in woven leather with pearls in place of eye sockets.

Y3’s leather belt features multiple chains. For the finger, there’s Dior Joaillerie’s skull covered in diamonds. On your feet, you might want to try the interesting “two-faced” shoes with two-tone weaving on one side by Daniele Michetti.
