Paris: And The Beat Goes on!

The fashion beat that is! I don't know if it's just me, but it seems that by the time fashion week hits Paris, the ladies kick it up a notch with regard to their looks. While we see beautiful outfits encompassed in the various Fashion Weeks, "The City of Light" is the ultimate, no-holds-barred display of unique finery.
