the two pieces featured here, have to be two of the hottest around! The ruffle vest is beautiful and versatile......I envision it with jeans, leggings, slacks, dresses and skirts, and of course the black will mix well with all colors. The jacket....oh, that jacket!.....what an eye-catching, detailed piece of "hotness." I personally haven't run across many that rival this exquisite design.
