I'm afraid that I must disagree with the neutral colors and fringe and tassels on the misses list. Neutrals can definitely be a do, it's all about the choice of fabrics. The lightweights tend to be transparent, thus requiring the proper under- garments....in addition the right choice of shoe is a must. While I wasn't crazy about the "Minnetonka-style" fringe boots, there were plenty of other choices which were tastefully done.
