The first lady isn’t the only one in the White House with a sense of style. The president has had an impact on the high-end men’s footwear space as well. And he always accessorizes well with a beautiful partner by his side.
4 Jay-Z% Of Votes 11.4%
What hasn’t Jay-Z influenced is really the question. The always stylish rapper, fashion mogul, record exec and Grammy award winner has been unstoppable for the last several years. Most notably, Beyoncé’s husband is still chief creative officer of Rocawear, the 10-year old, $700 million fashion brand that he co-founded and later sold to Iconix Brand Group Inc. in 2007.

Despite his ever-changing appearance (think of the grizzly goatee of late or his oft-donned fedoras), Pitt, a longstanding model for Japan’s Edwin Jeans, has become a style icon. Recently, Pitt, and his equally fashionable baby mama, Angelina Jolie, announced plans to design jewelry for high-end label Asprey.
6 David Beckham% Of Votes 8.4%
The soccer player has long been known for his desire to look edgy and sexy, whether in a well-tailored pinstripe suit or more casual attire. Beckham, one of the world’s highest-paid athletes, has also dipped into the fashion scene via a recent collaboration with Adidas, in which he designed an Originals by Originals apparel and accessories line in partnership with the owner of L.A.’s Undefeated stores, James Bond.
7 Robert Pattinson% Of Votes 7.8%
The huge success of the “Twilight” film series (and subsequent mystery over his suspected romance with co-star Kristen Stewart — are they or aren’t they dating?) has thrust the often-scruffy Pattinson into the limelight. The self-proclaimed non-trendy dresser is frequently seen wearing basic black Nikes, but perhaps it’s Pattinson’s I-don’t-care attitude that has female (and probably male) teens looking up to the actor for fashion tips.
8 Kanye West% Of Votes 5.4%
The often-scandalous musician/record producer stayed on the edge this year with a couple of unnecessary outbursts, but it’s his retro hip-hop style that has fashionistas keeping an eye on the entertainer. West partnered with Nike to create the Air Yeezy sneaker, which was released in spring and features a “modern classic” look.
9 Taylor Lautner% Of Votes 3.6%
Though he is perhaps the slightly lesser-known star of the “Twilight” series, Lautner made up for it this year. As the youngest celebrity on this list, the 17-year-old — who is also a martial arts master — has hit Hollywood running, dating country singer Taylor Swift and most recently hosting “Saturday Night Live.” His next project, “Max Steel,” is still in development.
10 Diddy% Of Votes 1.8%
Sean “Diddy” Combs is almost as accomplished in fashion as he is in music. With his Sean John and Sean by Sean Combs clothing lines, his vodka brand Ciroc and two fragrances, it seems like the man should be busy enough, but Combs also added another item to his clothing line stable in late 2008 by acquiring the Enyce label from Liz Claiborne Inc.
David Beckham is number 6!? No offense intended or slight of his talents and achievements, but Justin Timberlake would certainly not be my number one choice....I'd replace him with David Beckham. David is all class....he is like a "throw back" from the times when men REALLY dressed. Even his casual looks are clean and classic. I've never ever seen a picture of him looking disheveled and unkempt.....in my opinion he is today's answer to James Bond. He is truly impeccable.
I would also move P. Diddy up a few slots....he has created a style that works for him. He is always "well suited".
