One of the many shoe trends as of late, and a personal favorite, is the chunky heel. I love that funky, vintage vibe, and the fact that they are much easier to "navigate" than their stiletto and needle-heel counterparts. Fall Trend: Sleek Loafers and Oxfords

From high-gloss leathers to muted metallics, loafers and oxfords get "serious." Last season we saw more playful fare such as Prada's tricolor, platform oxford, which appeared to be a popular choice for some shoppers. For the upcoming season, designers offer a full spectrum of choices, from the traditional to those with a little edge. Featured are a few of my personal favorites...I'll take a cue from these styles as I search for a new pair (maybe a couple of pairs!).
