The limited edition (199 pieces) Michael Stipe x Margiela collaboration is a silver microcassette with a little bit of unraveled tape which can be worn a variety of ways according to the press image. It can be worn as jewelry, tied into your hair, worn on a shoe or glasses or on a keychain. It fits well with the quirky Margiela aesthetic which has also featured champagne corks and soda can tabs reimagined as necklaces. The project is a one time event and will be available at Margiela boutiques and select retailers.
