THE NAME TO KNOW:Martiniano
After a couple of seasons bubbling under the radar, the glove shoe – that low-heeled, elasticated
leather slip-on that teeters on the edge of ugly – is about to have its moment, and Martiniano is who you’ll want to buy yours from. The Argentinian label, founded in 2011 by pop star Martiniano Lopez Crozet (one half of performance- art duo Los Super Elegantes), is carving out a niche with minimalist, modern shoes handcrafted in Buenos Aires. Will they divide opinion? Probably. Will you love them anyway? Without a doubt. |

Wipe that skeptical look off your face – the cropped flare is about to be the pant shape you most want to put on in the morning. Every morning. Hitting just above the ankle, it’s surprisingly flattering and more practical than its floor-grazing ancestor. If you really want to go places with this trend then you could layer up and wear two, but make sure you don’t overload it – this is all about refusing to be weighed down. |

Do you have one in your wardrobe already? No? Well, snap one up, pronto. Why? Because the thing about leopard is that even if print and color aren’t your thing, it works. It looks so great mixed in with black, gray and navy basics that it could almost be considered a neutral. Not to mention that
