This is a new one on me; I don't remember seeing Tbilisi added in past years, but here it is! I must admit that I had no clue who or what Tbilisi was! Of course I had to find out.
Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia. Georgia is a country in the Caucus region of Eurasia. Located at the crossroads of Western Asia and Eastern Europe, it's bounded to the west by the Black Sea, to the north by Russia, to the south by Turkey and Armenia, and to the southeast by Azerbaijan. (
