It's beginning to look a lot like summer everywhere you go, and I love it! As you will see, the crop top trend is in full effect...my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE cropped look is picture number nine; the crisp white top and blue stripped skirt is so very chic! I also threw in pictures of Jessica Simpson and Solange Knowles, both donning colorful in caftans.
