Casadei, the world-famous shoe brand based in Italy’s Romagna region, is launching a capsule collection called Pin-Up for autumn 2012/13. “Pin-Up is a cornerstone of seduction. It has exclusive craftsmanship and it’s all made in Italy,” said Cesare Casadei, the creative director of the brand.
The collection features refined, high-heeled pumps created from luxurious materials like soft suede and leather. The sophisticated colours range from Eros red to Aphrodite pink, to metallic shades like gold, silver and bronze. Alongside the classic model, Casadei has also created bolder versions: there’s a pump in leather mesh with an ornate ruffle on the ankle and a patent leather ankle boot.
