The Bar is Now Open!

Amid ongoing reports of lagging sales, J.C. Penney continues to "up the ante" in hopes of courting new customers while retaining the loyalty of those who have shopped their stores for many years. One of the latest, is the addition of the "Bijoux Bar" in it's bigger stores and online. This latest endeavor touts names such as Doris Panos, Kenneth J. Lane, Kara Ross & Dominique Cohen. From colorful statement necklaces to fine CZ, these collections boast a little something for every taste. I've featured some of my favorites.
